Arise has a home! 장소를 구했습니다! ^^
After months of viewing listings online and nearly a month of viewing locations in person, our search has finally ended. We have signed a 2 year lease on 3 units on the 3rd floor of a commercial building that will be combined into one space (~45 pyeong or 1600 sq ft). This is the only such building in a developing district of townhouses that opened up last year. Throughout our search, virtually every building already had a church which meant parking problems on Sundays. There is no church in this entire neighborhood (though a cult church has a large building going up a few blocks down). We were able to receive the first two months rent-free so the plan is to get the design work and construction wrapped up during that time. We hope to soft launch our Sunday service around April with the official launch coming after our commissioning service in May. The cafe will likely open in May or June depending on how quickly I can learn how to run it and get the proper permissions. There is a larger commercial buildling under construction with a famous cafe and bakery that should open around June so there is pressure to open up sooner than later. Please pray for the preparation of this space, recruitment of our launch team and a divinely inspired conception of our cafe.
드디어 몇달 온라인으로 보며 거의 한달 동안 직접 본 후에 우리 장소를 찾았습니다! 3층에 있는 3간 합쳐서 45평 곤강 위한 2년 계약을 했습니다. 새로운 타운하우스 단지에 하나 밖에 없는 상가입니다. 장소를 볼때마다 거의 다 똑같은 건물에서 교회가 있어서 주차 문제가 있었습니다. 이 건물과 이 동네에서 교회가 없습니다 (하지만 어떤 이단이 큰 건물을 새우고 있음). 첫 두달 동안 렌트프리로 약속해서 그 동안 디자인과 공사를 다 마치고 싶습니다. 우리 생각은 4월에 비공식으로 주일예배를 시작하고 5월에 있는 파송예배 후 공식으로 오픈하는 것입니다. 카페는 제가 좀 배우고 허락을 다 받고 5/6월 오픈 될것같습니다. 하지만 더 큰 상가가 유명한 베이커리와 카페 포함 되고 6월쯤 오픈 될 것같아서 우리 카페 조금 빨리 열리면 좋을 것같습니다. 이 장소의 준비와 개척팀을 새우기와 카페는 하나님이 보여 주신대로 할 수 있도록 기도 해주시면 좋겠습니다!
